Ben-Eliezer: 'Ceding the Golan Heights is not an option at the moment'

"Ceding the Golan is not an option at the moment," National Infrastructure Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer said on Tuesday, adding that negotiations with Syria result from political moves which have been "long in the making."
Speaking at the Golan Agricultural Conference, Ben-Eliezer said he would support any future prisoner exchange deal to free kidnapped IDF soldiers Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev "because it is high time the families' suffering ends."
