National Infrastructures Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer said Sunday evening that there had never been such a "leadership drought" in Israel as there is today. According to Ben-Eliezer, the Labor primaries would center on the Defense portfolio. Ben-Eliezer said that in his opinion, no one was better qualified to serve as Defense Minister than former prime minister Ehud Barak.
