Bielski: Let 600 French olim land at B-G tomorrow

Jewish Agency director Zeev Bielski has asked Histadrut Labor Federation chairman Ofer Eini to allow two flights carrying some 600 new immigrants from France to land at Ben-Gurion Airport Wednesday morning, even in the face of a general strike, Israel Radio reported. Bielski reminded Eini that Israel has never prevented aliya, even in times of war.
