Twenty far-left demonstrators, including members of the "Anarchists Against the Wall" organization, chained themselves to the security fence near the village of Bil'in Friday morning, police said.
The demonstrators reportedly wanted to force IDF soldiers to symbolically cut the fence in order to release them.
The IDF declared the area a closed military zone. Four demonstrators, all Israeli citizens, were arrested when police arrived on the scene.
