MK Azmi Bishara told Al Jazeera Sunday that he planned to resign from his Knesset post, but was still unsure when he would do so.
Bishara repeated claims voiced over the last few days that he was being persecuted by the public.
Earlier Sunday, the Petah Tivka Magistrate's Court released for publication that the MK was being investigated by the police's Serious and International Crimes Unit.
