A young woman serving in the Border Police was found wounded in her upper body and legs on Sunday morning between Rehovot and Nes Ziona.
The victim was disoriented, and could not tell investigators how she arrived at the hitchhiking post where she was found.
Police treated the young woman and launched an investigation into the circumstances of her injury.
