Boy, 14, arrested for stealing clothes, accuses man of paying him to do so

A 14-year-old Tel Aviv resident was arrested on Monday after he was caught stealing clothes off of a clothesline. During his interrogation, the boy told police that a 46-year-old resident of the city had paid him to steal the clothes. Further, the boy said that the man had taught him how to take drugs, and had sexually abused him. The police released the youth following his questioning. The 46-year-old was then arrested, and is currently awaiting a court hearing.
