A three-year-old boy who fell into an unguarded reservoir in Kiryat Gat 10 days ago died Sunday morning.
The child's mother was reportedly sitting near him at the time of the incident, but did not notice.
Magen David Adom paramedics rescued him and brought him to a local hospital in serious condition.
