Bus driver arrested on suspicion of sodomizing mentally-ill woman

A 58-year-old bus driver from Netanya was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of sodomizing a 36-year-old mentally-ill woman whom he drove home every day from the psychiatric hospital where she received care.
According to the allegations, the man would always make sure to drop off all other passengers first, before closing the curtains on the bus and assaulting the woman.
The man will be brought to court on Thursday morning for a remand extension hearing.
