"Therefore, the Security Cabinet decision must be implemented forthwith."The meeting was held as two Kassam rockets exploded near the Gaza border on Wednesday, though the attacks caused no casualties or damage.One exploded in an open field near a kibbutz in the Eshkol region, and another landed on the Palestinian side of the Gaza border fence.
