The Nazareth District Court decided on Thursday to release 20-year-old Odelia Havivi to house arrest.
Havivi was indicted with her parents Haim and Violet Havivi on March 16, on suspicion of throwing firecrackers and starting a fire at the Basilica of the Annunciation in Nazareth.
The family's lawyer, Pninat Yanai, expressed her satisfaction at the ruling. "I hope a similar decision will be made concerning Odelia's parents on Monday."
