Court: Sderot residents will not receive tax exemption

The Tel Aviv District Court rejected Sunday the claim of 41 Sderot residents who were seeking tax exemptions "until it can be determined that the state is providing us with the same level of security as all citizens of Israel."
The court responded that the request fell outside of its judicial domain and consequently could not be approved.
