The High Court of Justice ruled Thursday in favor of the prosecution in the case of former president Moshe Katsav and removed a gag order on an appeal that was made by one of the former president's accusers.

Attorney-General Menahem Mazuz was scheduled by 1 p.m. to respond to four other appeals to the High Court to cancel Katsav's plea bargain.
