Court to discuss Katsav's request to peruse evidence regarding 'Aleph'

The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court will discuss on Sunday the request of former president Moshe Katsav's attorneys to peruse the evidence regarding the complainant "Aleph from the Ministry of Tourism" in his court case, Army Radio reported Thursday.
In recent weeks there have been talks between the State Attorney's Office and Katsav's defense in an effort to arrive at an agreement on the matter.
