Cyclist killed by car in central Israel

A cyclist was killed Wednesday night when he was hit by a car in central Israel. A car driving on Route 40, from Ramle to Tel Aviv, hit the cyclist after the driver apparently had not seen him, an initial investigation into the incident found. A Magen David Amdom team pronounced him dead upon arriving at the scene.
