Dichter calls for emergency plan on road accidents

Internal Security Minister Avi Dichter on Saturday called on Israel Police chief Insp.-Gen. Moshe Karadi to come up with an emergency plan to enforce traffic laws and thereby prevent the carnage on Israeli roads, Israel Radio reported. Over the weekend, four people were killed in road accidents, including a mother and daughter who were on their way to visit the father's grave.
