Doctors working to save 8-year-old hit by car

An eight-year-old boy was seriously injured after being hit by a car Friday evening in Nazareth. The driver initially fled the scene, and passers by found the boy on the sidewalk, bleeding from the head and the chest. He was evacuated to Rambam Hospital in Haifa, where doctors were working to save his life. The diver later turned himself in to the Nazareth police, who were investigating the accident, Army Radio reported.
