The carcass of a young female dolphin washed up on a beach south of Herzliya Sunday morning.
Researchers from the Israeli Marine Mammal Research and Assistance Center arrived on the scene and began to investigate the cause of the dolphin's death.
Since the beginning of 2007, 14 dolphin carcasses have washed up on Israel's beaches.
