Dozens of Jerusalemites gathered on Tuesday afternoon to help a puppy that had fallen off a second-floor balcony on Jaffa Rd. Pedestrians stopped in the 32-degree heat to pick the puppy up and take him into a nearby clothing store to protect him from the heat. The puppy survived the fall and was retrieved by his owner.
