The Central District Attorney's Office announced Friday morning that a driver who killed Moshe Sulimani and his five-year-old daughter last Saturday would not be indicted for manslaughter and would most likely be charged with death caused by negligence.
A final decision regarding Yagmor Otoman, who failed to keep a safe distance from the car he crushed, will be made next week.
