Eilat resident, 22, shot to death by unknown assailants

Daniel Hazan, 22, was shot to death near his home on Eilat's Savion Street overnight Monday by unknown assailants, police said.
An MDA team evacuated Hazan in critical condition to the city's Yoseftal Hospital, where he died of his wounds.
Police opened an investigation and issued a gag order on details of the probe and the identity of witnesses.
They said that Hazan had a criminal past and that his assailants fled the scene following the shooting.
