FM Livni names envoy for possible talks with Syria

Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni has appointed Ya'akov Dayan as a special envoy in charge of possible negotiations with Syria.
Until recently, Dayan served as a senior official in Livni's bureau, Army Radio reported.
