Finance Ministry expects changes to budget

Sources in the Finance Ministry said Thursday that they expected "radical" changes in the 2006 budget before it was presented to the Knesset for a second and third reading, Army Radio reported. The changes mentioned include a moratorium on social security cutbacks, an expansion to the health basket, and an increase in the current minimum wage.
