Five Palestinians were arrested early Monday morning near Ramallah and Bethlehem. Two of the fugitives belonged to Hamas; two others were affiliated with Fatah.
Also on Monday, Palestinians opened fire at an IDF patrol in Ramallah. No casualties were reported, according to Israel Radio.
