Former MK Bishara considering moving to Cairo

Recently resigned MK Azmi Bishara, suspected of aiding Hizbullah during the Second Lebanon War among other allegations told the Egyptian paper Al Ahram on Saturday that he received several "interesting proposals" regarding his future place of residence. Bishara said his resignation "confuses the Israeli right wing" because it effectively "throws the ball to the Israeli side." Bishara said he did not intend to stop his support for the "resistance" of Israeli and non-Israeli Arabs, adding that he was seriously considering, among the offers he received, Cairo as his new home.
