Former Nahariya mayor Frumer convicted on charges including corruption

Former Nahariya mayor Ron Frumer was convicted on Monday of corruption and failure to announce agreements while running for the 2003 municipal elections which he won.
The Haifa Magistrates Court's ruled on a case involving three agreements Frumer signed with political opponents prior to the elections five years ago.
