Fraud squad to investigate Likud forgery claims

The investigators of the National Fraud Squad will begin an investigation Wednesday morning in response to allegations of forgeries in the Likud primaries vote last week. Likud member Shai Galili and MK Yehiel Hazan complained to the police that results had been forged following the failure of the computer systems during the election. An investigator hired by the two claimed to have discovered worrisome evidence.
