Gal-On: Olmert won his war for survival, but Israel lost

MK Zehava Gal-On (Meretz) on Monday attacked Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and called on him to resign following the release of the final Winograd report. "You won your war for survival, but Israel lost...you gambled on soldiers' lives in order to achieve a semblance of victory. Mr. Prime Minister, the blood of our sons is crying out from the ground." Gal-On was speaking at a special session of the Knesset concerning the report.
