Gaza: Palestinian launching Kassam hit by IDF fire

A Palestinian gunman was lightly wounded by IDF shelling in the northern Gaza Strip Wednesday evening, shortly after the army declared the area a sealed buffer zone to deter Kassam rocket attacks.
Witnesses reported that the man was part of a Kassam cell, who was shot while attempting to launch a rocket towards Israeli territory, Army Radio reported.
