A 32-year-old resident of Rishon Letzion was indicted at the Tel Aviv District Court on Thursday on suspicion of raping the 13-year-old daughter of his girlfriend. The alleged rapist is HIV positive, Israel Radio reported. According to the indictment, the man threatened the teenager not to reveal what had occurred or he would kill her. Meanwhile, an indictment was also served Thursday against four men, aged 25-28, and a 17-year-old minor on suspicion of raping the minor's 17-year-old girlfriend from Rishon Letzion. The group allegedly committed the rape at a Givataim apartment two weeks ago after forcing her to consume alcoholic beverages. On Wednesday, the Central District Attorney's Office filed an indictment against six teenagers ranging in age from 12 to 15 for committing sodomy and abusing a boy, now 11 years old, over a period of more than two years. The indictment includes 11 separate charges involving incidents in which various suspects used violence in order to force the young boy to have oral sex with them. Two other charges against the 15-year-old included attempts to tamper with the police investigation and threatening a policeman.
