Hadera: 82-year-old pedestrian seriously injured after being run over

An 82-year-old pedestrian was seriously injured on Tuesday after being run over by a car in Hadera.
According to initial reports, the man was drunk and carrying a beer when he tried to cross the road before being hit by the vehicle.
