Chief of General Staff Lt.-Gen. Dan Halutz, speaking at a press conference Friday night in Tel Aviv, said that Israel was holding 13 bodies of Hizbullah terrorists killed in battles with IDF troops over the past two days in Lebanon. Halutz, however, said that Israel was still undecided about what to do with the bodies. "We do not make deals based on human bodies," Halutz said, "unlike some people."
