Chief of General Staff Lt.-Gen. Dan Halutz ordered on Wednesday comprehensive inquiries into the recent air strikes on targets in the Gaza Strip after a second botched IAF strike in two days left two civilians dead.
From an initial investigation into Wednesday afternoon's strike on Khan Younis it emerged that an IAF missile hit a building in error.
