The Ofer Base Military Court on Thursday ordered that Hamas West Bank leader, Sheikh Hassan Youssef, be released to house arrest.
Youssef was detained last week during an arrest raid against Hamas operatives in the West Bank.
The court gave military prosecution 72 hours to appeal the decision, Army Radio reported.
