Hamas cell escapes IAF attack on their car in Rafah; bystander hurt

Army aircraft on Monday fired two missiles at a car transporting Hamas operatives in the southern Gaza Strip town of Rafah, Palestinian sources said.
All of the operatives escaped without harm, the sources said, but a bystander was hurt.
