Haniyeh reportedly calls Kuntar's mother to congratulate her

Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh called murderer Samir Kuntar's mother Wednesday morning to congratulate her on the imminent release of her son, Hizbullah's Al-Manar television station reported.
Kuntar is expected to be transferred to Lebanon following the identification process of the bodies delivered by Hizbullah to Israel, presumed to be the remains of IDF reservists Eldad Regev and Ehud Goldwasser.
