The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office for Criminal Affairs on Monday announced that it was closing the investigation file against Ya'acov Agmon, former director of Tel Aviv's Habima Theater. Agmon was under investigation after a secretary who worked for him for two-and-a-half years accused him of harassing her with words and deeds, and of committing indecent acts against her on three separate occasions. The prosecution closed the file for lack of sufficient evidence.
