The High Court of Justice rejected the petition of MK Shaul Yahalom, the Israel Medical Association, and the Israel Health Consumers Organization, who had asked for the cancellation of Attorney-General Menahem Mazuz's request to postpone the final decision on the health basket until after elections.
The judges took Mazuz's position, and advised the government to make a decision on the health basket immediately after elections.
