The High Court of Justice was expected to rule Thursday on three petitions against the government's decision to supply weapons to PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas' Force 17.
The petitions were filed by Almagor, a group that represents terror victims, two terror victims, and a research institute presidential guards, Israel Radio reported.
The state said in response that the decision was a diplomatic one, and that the High Court should not interfere.
