Hirchson suspected of stealing NIS 2.5 million; hearing to begin soon

Former finance minister Avraham Hirchson is suspected of stealing 2.5 million NIS from the Histadrut's National Workers Federation, a draft indictment formulated by the Tel Aviv District Prosecution wrote. According to details of the letter released on Wednesday, Hirchson is also suspected of money laundering, fraud, breach of faith in a corporation and accepting goods under false pretenses. The former minister will undergo a hearing in the next few weeks before it is determined whether he must go to trial.
