The Histadrut Labor Federation is threatening to strike over the government's national budget for 2006, Israel Radio reported.
The Histadrut claims that the new budget includes decisions that will only offer one-sided structural changes, and will harm workers while not allowing discussions with worker's unions and the Histadrut.
