Hizbullah: 'Winograd report proves IDF suffered a defeat'

Hizbullah was quick to respond to Wednesday's publication of the Winograd report, saying that it was proof of Israel's failure during the Second Lebanon War.
"The report confirms what was known by Hizbullah for a long time: Israel completely failed in achieving its goals and the Israeli military suffered a defeat," the AFP news agency quoted the guerrilla group as saying.
