The IAF attacked several access routes near Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip shortly after midnight Saturday.
The routes were suspected of serving as launch sites for Kassam rockets and mortar fire towards the western Negev.
Planes reportedly fired three missiles, which landed in open territory. No one was wounded and no damage was caused, Israel Radio said.
