The Israeli Air Force fired missiles at a road leading to northern Gaza late Thursday, witnesses said. There were no reports of injuries.
The IDF said the missiles were aimed at an open area used by militants to launch rockets at Israel.
Earlier, seven people, including at least two Islamic Jihad militants, were killed in an Israeli air strike in the same area.
