IDF: Palestinian reports of two wounded by settler fire untrue

Palestinian sources claimed Saturday that two residents of the West Bank village Umm e-Tin, located near Kedumim, were wounded after settlers residing at an outpost attacked them. According to the claim, the two wounded individuals were struck on their stomachs and arms by gunfire from the settlers. The IDF reported that Palestinians and settlers gathered near Kedumim on Saturday and that soldiers who arrived to the scene dispersed the crowd by firing into the air. Those whom Palestinian sources alleged had been injured in the skirmish were not mentioned in the IDF report, which called the allegations of settlers attacking the Palestinians false.
