IDF: Truck carrying explosive-making materials caught near Kalkilya

An Israeli truck containing over 800 kg of Potassium Nitrate was caught at a checkpoint south of Kalkilya in mid-January, the IDF revealed on Thursday.
Potassium Nitrate is banned by the army in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip as it may be used to produce explosives.
The illegal substance was confiscated in a joint operation of the army, the police and the West Bank's civil administration.
