IDF announces end of general closure on Judea, Samaria and Gaza

The general closure of the Gaza Strip and Judea and Samaria during Simchat Torah was lifted at midnight Saturday night following a security assessment, the IDF announced in a statement. "Throughout the closure, the passage of humanitarian cases, medical personnel and NGO members was authorized by the District Coordination and Liaison offices," the statement said.
