IDF arrests 28 Palestinian fugitives in West Bank in overnight ops

Overnight operations by the IDF yielded no less than 28 Palestinian fugitives on Wednesday.
All were apprehended in the West Bank, mostly in Ramallah, Nablus and Bethlehem.
The military reported all detainees were transferred to security forces for interrogation.
