IDF forces arrested four Palestinian fugitives in the West Bank over Monday night.
A Tanzim operative was arrested south of Jenin, a Fatah operative was arrested south of Nablus, and a Hamas operative was arrested south of Tulkarem.
An additional Hamas man was arrested in Ramallah.
