IDF kills fugitive, wounds another in Tulkarem arrest operation

A Palestinian fugitive was killed by special Border Police forces and another wanted man was wounded when they attempted to escape arrest in Tulkarem, the military said Sunday.
The soldiers identified the two men and attempted to arrest them. But when the two fled, soldiers opened fire, killing one and seriously wounding the other.
The wounded man was evacuated to a hospital and will later be taken for interrogation, the military said.
